Hello,
Looking to sell the house next year (hopefully market will be better). Current 3 bedroom, 1 bath that needs some work. Updating kitchen and bathroom, painting. Possible flooring change in living room, dining room.
House is only about 1,100 square feet but has a full basement. Of course depending on the market what would be beneficial upgrades. ShoulsI consider an addition of a bath and master bedroom, should I consider finiishing the basement. What are the best upgrades to do?
